Chip Seal, Asphalt & Sealcoating · Washington State

Paving the Pacific
Northwest right.

Interstate Asphalt of Washington lays down the chip seal, driveways, and lots that hold up to PNW weather. Long rural drives, farm lanes, saturated winters, root-heave from old cedars, and the kind of drainage that drowns a bad base. Honest estimates, clean crews, sharp edges.

Who We Are

A Washington crew
built for the PNW.

Interstate Asphalt of Washington is a family-run chip seal and paving team serving Washington State. We handle long rural drives, residential driveways, commercial parking lots, sealcoat maintenance and durable asphalt repairs.

Washington conditions are tough on pavement. Wet winters soften the subgrade, roots heave edges and elevation changes bring freeze-thaw cycles. Pavement fails from underneath first, so we build the base and drainage to match the site.

What We Do

Ten services,
one small crew.

Chip seal, asphalt paving, sealcoating and the repair work that keeps a surface honest. Long rural driveways and country lanes right on through commercial lots and industrial yards, all of it handled in-house by the same crew, start to finish.

Fresh sealcoat applied to an asphalt driveway

Sunscreen for your asphalt. A coat every 2 to 3 years blocks UV, slows oxidation, and stops hairline cracks before they turn into the expensive kind.

Our Process

Four steps,
zero surprises.

Paving shouldn't feel like a guessing game. Here's exactly how a job runs from the first call to the final walkthrough. No scope creep, no hidden fees, no sales pitch.

01
Site walk & written quote
We come out, measure the area, check subgrade and drainage, and hand you a written estimate, usually the same day. No charge. No pressure to book.
02
Prep the site
Once you say go, we lock the date, order the mix, mark utilities, and clear the footprint. You'll know the crew arrival window to the hour.
03
Pave & roll
Base compacted, edge cuts sharp, hot mix laid and rolled in the right order. No subs, no hand-offs, the same faces on day one finish on the last day.
04
Final inspection
We walk the finished surface with you, answer cure-time questions, and leave you with our number for anything that comes up later.

Word Of Mouth

What our Washington
customers say.

Interstate paved our driveway up in Kirkland last month and I couldn't be happier. The crew walked the site with me, wrote up an honest quote that same afternoon, and showed up on the morning they said they would. Job was done in a day and a half and the edges are sharp. No upselling, no nonsense. These folks know their trade.

We have a long rural drive out past Carnation and the Interstate team talked us through chip seal as an alternative to full pavement. Saved us a small fortune and it looks great. Held up through a wet winter just fine. Crew was polite, cleaned up after themselves, and the owner personally checked the finished job before leaving.

Had our parking lot repaved over a weekend so we didn't lose business. The Interstate crew worked around our hours, communicated every step, and the finished lot looks brand new. Fair price, clean crew, no surprise invoices. Already have them lined up for sealcoating next spring.
