Service · Parking Lots
Parking lots,
paved to spec.
New construction and full-replacement parking lots across Greater Seattle. From 8-space strip-center lots to 200-stall anchor tenant lots, we handle the tear-out, base work, paving, ADA layout and striping in-house. Night and weekend schedules available.
Overview
Parking lots built for traffic.
A parking lot has a harder life than a driveway. More traffic, heavier trucks, more oil drips, more stress on the same square foot of pavement. Built right, a commercial lot should give you 20+ years before it needs a full replacement, with sealcoating and crack-fill along the way. Built wrong, you're tearing it out in 7 to 10 years while your customers are still circling for a space.
What we build
Retail strip lots, shopping center lots, office parks, medical campuses, restaurant lots, self-storage facilities, apartment and townhome parking, HOA drive lanes, and small industrial yards. We handle tear-out, utility coordination, base prep, paving, striping, ADA compliance, curb work, and drainage integration.
Working around your business
A parking lot job closes revenue. We build the schedule around you: phased work that keeps part of the lot open, night or weekend paving for high-traffic retail, or full closures done on the fastest possible timeline. Our crew is small and tight, so you're talking to the same people from the first walkthrough to the final inspection.
Ballpark pricing
Commercial parking lot paving runs $4 to $7 per square foot for a typical tear-out-and-replace, less on large square-footage jobs, more if there are drainage upgrades, curb work or ADA compliance updates involved. Striping is billed separately. We quote every project in writing with a clear scope.
