Overview

Striping done in-house.

A parking lot without fresh lines looks cheap, whatever you paid for the asphalt underneath. Worn, faded or non-compliant lines make your property look neglected, confuse customers, and can create liability issues on the ADA side. Re-striping is one of the fastest, cheapest improvements you can make to a commercial property.

What we stripe

Parking stall lines (single or double-line), ADA accessible parking spaces and van-accessible spaces, access aisles, ADA stencils and ISA symbols, directional arrows, numbered stalls, fire lanes, no-parking zones, loading zones, crosswalks, stop bars, speed hump markings, and curb paint (red, yellow, blue). Pre-planned layouts from blueprints or freshly-laid-out fields.

Paint and process

We use traffic-grade latex or epoxy paint depending on the lot's traffic volume and weather exposure. Fresh surface prep before painting, chalk line layout, and a second coat on ADA stencils so they read clearly after a year of wear. Lines cure to drive-on in about 30 minutes on a warm PNW day, longer if damp. We close off sections only for the time needed.

Ballpark pricing

Re-stripe existing layout: $7 to $12 per stall depending on single or double lines and access. New layout on fresh paving: $12 to $20 per stall (includes layout work). ADA stencils run $35 to $75 each depending on size and detail. Curb paint is per linear foot. Free walkthroughs, written quotes.
